Junior Brand and Product Designer

About the role

Manna is looking for a Junior Brand and Product Designer to help shape its visual identity and user experiences. You will work across brand, product, and growth initiatives, collaborating with design, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high‑impact work quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality creative assets for print and digital channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, and email communications.
• Create medium‑ and long‑form documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop scalable, templated design solutions for the design team and broader business.
• Design event stands, exhibition booths, promotional merchandise, gifts, and related social content for field marketing.
• Ensure consistent and high‑standard representation of the Manna brand across all touchpoints.
• Research, generate, and develop creative concepts and visual directions for projects.
• Contribute to product design initiatives for customer‑facing applications and internal tools, translating needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of Manna’s design system to ensure component and pattern consistency.
