About the role
Join Archer as a Junior Project Coordinator transitioning into a Recruitment Consultant role. You will own a specific technology market, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and build lasting relationships with key clients and top IT talent across Ireland and Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology positions.
- Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high‑calibre IT candidates.
- Take ownership of a defined technology market segment.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in a Project Coordinator or Management role.
- Experience in a client‑facing or customer‑service environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
