About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑moving team in the healthcare sector. You will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to apply your sales talent in a new, rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage recruitment vacancies from inception to placement.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for healthcare roles.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in any industry (no prior recruitment experience required).
• Strong passion for success and a desire to work in a fast‑paced, inclusive setting.
• Relationship‑focused with confidence to develop robust networks.
• Growth‑mindset and collaborative spirit.

Required skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
