Law & Compliance Specialist (Multilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Law & Compliance Specialist to join our Data Protection and Compliance function. The role focuses on reviewing, processing, and responding to legal requests from law‑enforcement agencies and individuals seeking access to personal data, while safeguarding customer privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming legal requests for completeness, legal sufficiency, and compliance with data‑protection laws and internal policies.
• Identify standard versus non‑standard or exigent requests and escalate high‑risk cases appropriately.
• Retrieve required information from internal systems following established procedures.
• Prepare and deliver responses using approved templates and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all requests, responses, and escalations in case‑management tools.
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal legal, privacy, and security teams as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance, legal operations, privacy, trust & safety, regulatory response, or a related function.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of structured work accurately.
• Sound judgment in identifying non‑standard or high‑risk scenarios.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency working across multiple systems, databases, and case‑management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
