Legal Executive – Property (Conveyancing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join a busy, well‑established law firm in Cork. The successful candidate will work within a high‑performing Property team, handling a wide range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support solicitors on residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Prepare, review and manage contracts, leases and other property‑related legal documents.
• Conduct title checks, searches and due diligence throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Assist with completions, post‑completion matters and maintain accurate case files.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal Executive within a Property or Conveyancing team.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and team‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with legal case management systems.
