About the role

The K Club, a 5‑star resort nestled in the Irish countryside near Dublin, is seeking a dynamic Leisure Manager to lead its Leisure Operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across gym, spa, and fitness facilities while driving membership growth and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of service across all leisure areas.
• Design and deliver orientation programmes for new members and create personalised fitness plans.
• Develop and expand the membership offering.
• Supervise daily activities of leisure staff and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Assist guests with spa reservations and facility usage, providing courteous support.
• Drive sales of memberships and personal training, meeting target figures.
• Plan and lead a variety of fitness classes each day.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop spa and leisure team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing leisure, fitness, or spa operations within a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to analyse feedback and implement service enhancements.
