Locum Pharmacist – Flexible Shifts, Up to €65/hr

About the role

We are seeking locum pharmacists to join a variety of healthcare settings across Ireland. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in hospitals, community pharmacies, and specialist environments while delivering safe medication practices.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and verify prescriptions.
• Provide expert guidance on treatment options and medication safety to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital, community, or specialist settings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date pharmacy records and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) – mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an Irish dispensary or equivalent setting.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland.
• Open to recent graduates as well as experienced pharmacists.

Required skills

• Medication safety and accurate dispensing.
• Patient counseling and communication.
