Logistics Associate

About the role

Based at EOS IT Solutions' facility in Swords, Dublin, the Logistics Associate ensures day‑to‑day operational logistics run smoothly. You will support inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management and a range of warehouse activities while delivering high‑quality service to suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, perform cycle counting, kitting, picking, packing, shrink‑wrapping, labelling and palletising.
• Receive and process all equipment shipments.
• Store, distribute and manage products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Maintain performance across quoting, bookings, tracking, compliance and freight‑vendor management.
• Perform additional duties as required to support warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Analytical thinker able to organise and complete tasks.
• Innovative, self‑motivated and eager to ask questions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a diverse team.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Forklift License (preferably Reach Truck).
• Ability to generate Air Waybill (AWB) and other shipping documentation.
