Management Accountant (French Speaking) – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant with strong French language skills to join a long‑standing manufacturing company in Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be part of a ten‑person finance team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and own the forecast cycle.
• Partner with operational areas on cost control, budgeting and standard cost development.
• Prepare and maintain standard costs, working towards bill‑of‑materials (BOM) targets.
• Conduct forecasting, trend analysis and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Produce month‑end variance analysis and commentary.
• Support additional costing, reporting and budgeting activities as required.

Required profile

• Experienced Management Accountant with a background in manufacturing.
• Fully qualified or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting.
• Ability to commute to Dublin three days a week.
• Good working knowledge of French.
