Manager, Statutory & Intercompany Accounting

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and filing of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings across all international jurisdictions.
• Align U.S. GAAP reporting with local IFRS and GAAP frameworks and maintain audit‑ready documentation of technical accounting positions.
• Coordinate global statutory audits, standardising audit readiness and managing relationships with local auditors.
• Develop and maintain the global intercompany accounting framework, including settlements, cross‑border funding, and transfer‑pricing journal entries.
• Collaborate with ERP and Business Applications teams to ensure system configuration supports intercompany processes and automation.
• Manage intercompany recharges, capital contributions, dividends, loans, and treasury initiatives, ensuring timely settlement and accurate reconciliations.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting background with experience in statutory reporting, audit coordination, and intercompany accounting.
• Proven ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and navigate U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP requirements.
• Experience partnering with tax, treasury, and corporate accounting teams on transfer‑pricing and cross‑border financing.
