Market Performance Manager

About the role

As a Market Performance Manager you will be responsible for driving marketplace health and growth across Ireland and Belgium. Working at the intersection of product, marketing, commercial, pricing and analytics, you will ensure the right candidates reach our customers while supporting sustainable business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on marketplace health using commercial, candidate and product KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities, performance risks and optimisation potential through data analysis and market intelligence.
• Partner with product, marketing, analytics, pricing and commercial teams to improve marketplace outcomes.
• Translate trends and insights into actionable recommendations that shape strategy and investment decisions.
• Present performance trends, challenges and opportunities to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Track competitor activity, market dynamics and customer behaviour to inform growth strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in marketplace, e‑commerce, digital trading, performance marketing or product performance environments.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data sets and uncover actionable insights.
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of turning data into measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to build credibility and influence decisions across multiple functions.
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Structured, data‑driven problem‑solving approach.
