About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Marketing Coordinator to manage our website and drive digital campaigns. The role supports lead generation, brand visibility and data‑driven decision making for our fast‑growing drone services business.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content, including service pages, blogs, landing pages and case studies.
- Monitor website performance, support SEO improvements and coordinate enhancements with external developers.
- Assist in planning, executing and optimising multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC).
- Create and distribute email marketing pieces, manage CRM contact lists and support automation workflows.
- Monitor online reputation, respond to reviews and flag issues to internal teams.
- Track campaign and website analytics, prepare KPI reports and recommend optimisation actions.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects, supplier coordination and event logistics.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- WordPress or similar CMS platform.
- SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.
- Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- CRM systems and marketing automation.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Canva for basic design.
- Knowledge of PPC advertising and lead‑generation campaigns.
