National Account Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead key retail and discounter accounts for a fast‑moving consumer goods business based in Dublin West. The role offers a flexible hybrid model, with 80‑90% of work performed remotely and a requirement to be on‑site 2‑3 days per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans across multiple retail and discounter channels.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets in line with commercial forecasts.
• Manage price promotions and trade spend within agreed budgets.
• Collaborate with Finance, NPD, Production and other functions to drive profitable growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high service levels and market share growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of national account management experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales, margin and budget objectives.
• Ethical, ownership‑driven approach with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
