Night Porter – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Night Porter to join our hotel team and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests during evening and overnight hours. This full‑time position involves a blend of security duties, guest service, and basic housekeeping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the hotel premises and monitor security systems to protect guests and property.
• Provide courteous front‑desk service, answer guest inquiries, and handle switchboard calls.
• Assist guests with luggage, respond to requests, and maintain a tidy lobby and public areas.
• Prepare function rooms for events and breakfast service.
• Report maintenance or security issues promptly and complete all required logs and paperwork accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
