Night Shift Operator

About the role

As a Night Shift Operator you will run the Applegreen shop during overnight hours, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for customers. You will follow company policies and checklists to keep the site secure and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the shop in line with company policy and nightly checklist.
• Activate perimeter alarms and secure the building throughout the night.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe shop area.
• Provide excellent customer service to night‑time patrons.
• Ensure accurate price labelling of products.
• Perform stock rotation and shelf stacking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
