Night Supervisor

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Night Supervisor and ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations during the night shift while delivering the highest level of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee night‑time hotel operations, including guest relations and health & safety duties.
• Conduct fire walks, security checks and provide first‑aid support when needed.
• Run front‑office tasks such as night audit reporting, guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Supervise the night porter and coordinate food & beverage service during night hours.
• Prepare meeting rooms to the required standards and support overall hotel efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing or hotel reception role.
• Previous night‑shift or hotel reception experience is essential.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to delegate work.
• Warm, friendly, approachable personality with good initiative.

Required skills

• Opera (property management system) – advantageous.
