Notion Specialist – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Notion Specialist to support an AI training initiative. This remote contractor position will involve daily use of Notion to manage workflows, annotate data, and help optimise the system for AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Annotate, organise, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices for effective Notion usage.
• Document processes and maintain up‑to‑date records in Notion databases.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organisation.
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Notion user.
• Strong organisational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
