Part‑Time Hotel Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer‑focused part‑time Hotel Reservations Agent to join our award‑winning Villa Rose Hotel & V Spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries and bookings while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telephone, email and online reservation enquiries.
• Process hotel bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests with room availability, rates and hotel information.
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel packages.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Liaise with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Previous hotel reservations or front‑office experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organisational and administration abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good computer skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with hotel booking systems is an advantage.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required.
