About the role
Truly Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to lead its Donnybrook clinic. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and commercial responsibility to ensure a high‑quality orthodontic patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate clinical and non‑clinical staff, including orthodontists, dental nurses, treatment coordinators and receptionists.
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, stock control and administration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, health‑and‑safety and company standards.
- Monitor practice management and POS systems, and optimise their use.
- Work with the Regional Manager to meet financial targets, track KPIs and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain exceptional patient experience, manage feedback and resolve complaints.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost patient acquisition and community visibility.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of management experience in healthcare, dental or service‑oriented environments.
- Proven track record in people management and improving business performance.
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and regulatory requirements.
Required skills
- Experience with practice management and point‑of‑sale software.
- Ability to analyse KPIs and financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
