Preload Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join UPS as a Preload Warehouse Operative and play a key part in the fast‑paced movement of packages. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling loading, unloading and sorting tasks while supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
• Ship, receive, scan, sort and stock packages accurately.
• Operate heavy machinery when required to move items safely.
• Learn and follow UPS package‑handling methods and safety procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned in a high‑volume setting.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Capability to read and memorize postal codes.
• Flexibility to work varied shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
