Procurement Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support strategic procurement and vendor management for a fast‑growing, globally distributed organization. The role is remote‑first and will work closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure compliant, cost‑effective purchasing across international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including approvals, renewals and vendor onboarding.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, monitor performance and address issues or risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and Data Privacy to align procurement activities with regulatory and governance standards.
• Track software and service renewals to guarantee continuity and timely contract management.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation and reporting for audit readiness and transparency.
• Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and procurement‑related risks, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Support procurement operations within Coupa and other purchasing systems to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, especially SaaS, software licensing or professional services.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, across international teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa is a strong advantage.
