Procurement Specialist – Public Sector

About the role
You will join a public‑sector procurement team as a key member, responsible for managing tender processes and contract administration for goods and services.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure best‑practice, compliant procurement aligned with EU directives.
- Run tender processes, negotiate with suppliers and award contracts efficiently.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and other RFXs while liaising with stakeholders.
- Review, manage and develop contract management plans for all contracts.
- Maintain supplier and end‑user relationships and ensure contract terms are adhered to.
- Track actual spend versus budget, develop KPIs and conduct periodic cost reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process automation.
Required profile
- Qualification in Public Procurement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public‑sector procurement and tendering.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple RFXs simultaneously.
- Strong business awareness and good communication and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- SAP (experience preferred).
- Coupa (experience preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
