Product Engineer – Full‑Stack (Remote)

About the role

Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, turning massive streams of wearable and lab data into actionable insights. As a Product Engineer you will help create the next version of our diagnostics API, enabling faster, cheaper prediction of chronic diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop customer‑facing dashboards for wearables and lab testing, allowing clients to self‑serve and order tests.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, ask probing questions, and refine product usage.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development across frontend and backend, delivering full‑stack functionality.
• Tackle novel technical challenges in healthcare data processing, ensuring pragmatic solutions that respect real‑world constraints.
• Iterate quickly: ship features, collect real‑world data, and continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience building products from concept to launch.
• Motivation to improve chronic disease prediction and reduce medical costs.
• Curiosity about complex insurance incentives and ability to parse large datasets.
• Strong product mindset, asking sharp questions and translating ideas into shipped software.
• Comfort working with domain experts and handling edge‑case scenarios.
• Passion for creating intuitive UX that communicates complex health information clearly.
