Project Manager – FinTech & Digital Payments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology and fintech initiatives within a fast‑evolving digital payments environment. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to drive global‑scale projects while working with cutting‑edge fintech and digital asset ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of internal and external technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, feedback collection, and reporting throughout delivery.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, technical specs, and status reports.
• Analyze project performance and recommend process optimisations.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Background in fintech, payments, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Analytical, process‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational improvement.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
