Recruiter – Remote‑first Tech Environment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing, remote‑first technology company. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Marketing and Operations to attract, assess and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, from intake to offer management and hiring completion.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, refine job descriptions and set evaluation criteria.
• Source and engage candidates through inbound applications, outbound outreach, market mapping and networking.
• Conduct CV reviews, screening interviews and structured assessments to ensure high hiring quality.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment pipelines while delivering a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Enhance employer branding by improving candidate‑facing content, job ads and recruitment communications.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external talent communities.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology or startup environments.
• Proven track record hiring for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing clear feedback and building trust with stakeholders.
