Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Utilise your existing sales techniques to close recruitment deals.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in insurance sales, broker sales, financial services sales, telesales, business development or a similar field.
• Thrives in a target‑driven environment.
• Competitive, ambitious and commercially minded.
• Excellent communicator with a talent for relationship building.
