Manager of Customer Success

About the role

Teamwork.com is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) focused on our managed book and the transition to an AI‑powered revenue engine. This remote position in Ireland will own retention performance, renewal forecasting, and strategic customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) across the CSM team.
• Run renewal forecasts, manage risk queues, and execute save plays for at‑risk accounts.
• Lead weekly inspection meetings and ensure commercial confidence in outcomes.
• Participate in top‑tier Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic renewal moments.
• Translate Head of Customer Success strategy into consistent execution and measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret retention metrics and forecast data.
• Excellent communication skills for executive‑level interactions.
• Track record of improving customer value articulation and renewal outcomes.
