Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services sales, telesales or a similar field.
• Motivated by rapid progression and increased responsibility.
• Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable working in a results‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for relationship building.
