Business Development Specialist – End-to-End Sales

About the role

Access Recruitment is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing agreements. You will work in a fast‑growing consultancy environment, contributing directly to revenue growth while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound activities.
• Generate and qualify leads, conducting discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, delivering measurable revenue impact.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven success in BDR, SDR, telesales, lead generation, or similar outbound sales roles.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and driven to exceed targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
