About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the development and management of Critical Power projects across Ireland and the UK. You will drive incremental sales, build consultative relationships with key accounts, and translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and grow revenue opportunities for Critical Power projects with new and existing customers.
  • Act as the primary client lead for strategic sales opportunities, fostering strong consultative relationships.
  • Manage key Critical Power accounts, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with project and sales teams to produce competitive proposals for medium‑ and large‑scale projects.
  • Position the company’s products and services to add clear value based on business drivers and customer objectives.
  • Generate and lead new business opportunities across the Critical Power portfolio.

Required profile

  • Proven high‑level sales or key account management experience, preferably in power, hire, facilities management or a related technical sector.
  • Strong understanding of critical resilience applications in the power and hire sectors.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, communication and consultative selling abilities.
  • Logical, commercially aware problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of client expectations, service delivery standards and the impact of downtime.
  • Health and safety awareness, particularly electrical safety rules.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage tasks and make decisions.

  • Salary €60,000‑€65,000 per annum plus a 1% sales bonus (capped at 40% of salary)
