About the role
DocuSign is looking for an agile and creative Sales Development Representative to help expand its presence in emerging markets. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into tech sales, allowing you to build new business relationships and introduce customers to DocuSign’s intelligent agreement platform.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve the Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota.
- Spend ~80% of time on the phone contacting prospective businesses from inbound lead flow.
- Educate potential customers on DocuSign solutions and uncover their business needs.
- Use targeted questions to align DocuSign’s value with the client’s strategy.
- Enter qualified leads into the CRM and schedule initial liaison meetings for Account Executives.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, results‑driven environment.
- Proven success in outbound sales or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Required skills
- CRM (experience entering and managing leads).
