Sales Development Representative (SDR) – International Markets

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives to drive new business across the UAE, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States. In this role you will identify, contact and qualify prospects who may need accounting, tax, bookkeeping, business setup or financial operations support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in the UAE, Ireland, the UK and US markets.
• Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and follow‑ups.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior team members.
• Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline records in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Develop a strong understanding of M&M Accountancy’s services and target client profiles.
• Support broader business development activities, including networking and referral generation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in SDR, telesales, business development or lead generation.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working to targets.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
• Experience selling accountancy, tax, business setup, financial services or other B2B professional services is a plus.
