About the role
WFS Group is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to turn warm leads into qualified sales appointments. You will focus on outbound dialing to prospects who have already expressed interest in our high‑ticket educational and consulting programs.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of warm calls to leads who have opted into marketing campaigns.
- Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments for senior closers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and follow‑up.
- Track and report daily/weekly call metrics and pipeline growth.
Required profile
- Motivated, results‑driven individual with a passion for sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
- Ability to handle a high call volume and stay organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑focused environment.
