About the role
We are looking for a motivated early‑career Sales & Marketing Associate to join our fast‑growing, science‑led startup in Waterford. This full‑time hybrid position will support our expansion in Ireland and internationally, combining business development, digital marketing and brand support.
Key responsibilities
- Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and prospect records.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations and proposals.
- Support client onboarding and relationship management.
- Help execute marketing campaigns, create content and manage social media.
- Monitor engagement metrics, competitor activity and industry trends.
- Collaborate with external marketing partners to grow the brand.
Required profile
- Relevant third‑level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general digital workplace tools.
