Scaled Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role
Notion is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who will manage a large portfolio of French‑speaking customers across EMEA. You will drive adoption, expansion and overall satisfaction by delivering tailored consultations, trainings and outreach programs.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and expand existing accounts through customized Notion consultations and training sessions.
- Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to key contacts to accelerate product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with sales partners to ensure seamless hand‑offs and strong adoption metrics.
- Act as the internal product ambassador, helping customers maximize ROI and uncover new use cases.
- Identify strategic accounts for seat expansion and proactively engage customers who are under‑utilizing Notion.
- Provide insights to inform Notion’s overall growth and product strategy.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience at a fast‑growing software company.
- Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Fluent French speaker.
- Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
- Strong intrinsic motivation, growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
