Senior Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation (Contract)

About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Business Analyst to join Ingenio’s insurance transformation programme. You will work directly with underwriters, shape a live product and drive the migration of thousands of policies to a new platform.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with underwriters to capture business needs.
- Translate requirements into clear, structured JIRA user stories.
- Lead the migration of approximately 7,000 policies from legacy to the new system.
- Own end‑to‑end data mapping across multiple systems.
- Define, plan and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support integrations with Salesforce, reporting tools and core insurance systems.
- Work closely with a tight delivery team to ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in General Insurance.
- Strong Business Analysis fundamentals.
- Demonstrated success in system migration and data mapping projects.
- Excellent JIRA and user‑story writing skills.
- Confidence interacting directly with business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
