Senior Project Manager – Delivery-focused Leader

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and delivery‑focused Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects from discovery through to closure. You will ensure that objectives are met on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects across business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned with all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are documented, version‑controlled, approved and completed on schedule.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure agreed implications.
• Manage third‑party vendors to meet delivery, budget and quality expectations.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster effective collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing complex cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Excellent planning, coordination and governance capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks and competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, structured and delivery‑oriented, adaptable and collaborative.
