Senior Project Manager – Large Residential Development (280+ Units)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major residential scheme in North Dublin comprising over 280 apartments and houses. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction to handover, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site and project team to achieve programme and budget objectives.
• Own the Project Execution Plan, including risk management, governance and delivery strategy.
• Coordinate design, construction and trade packages to optimise sequencing and fast‑track delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with consultants, subcontractors, authorities and partners.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Drive commercial performance, protect margins and maximise value.
• Oversee design development, resolve technical issues and promote buildability and MMC approaches.
• Deliver a seamless handover and after‑care, aligning with sales and investment teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years post‑qualification experience, preferably with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors at Project/Contracts Manager level.
• Proven delivery of €10 m–€50 m residential or mixed‑use projects, especially high‑density, fast‑track apartments.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams (5–20+ staff).
