Construction Supervisor – Nightshift (Biopharma) – West Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Managed Services team at a leading biopharma facility in West Dublin. The position is night‑shift based (Monday‑Friday) and supports lower‑ground floor works, including reception and security areas, within an active plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on the lower ground floor, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Maintain alignment with PM Group systems, procedures and project controls.
• Provide leadership in construction health & safety, QA/QC, constructability, contracts and commercial matters.
• Step in to lead projects on‑site as required and support main contractor activities during critical milestones.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (professional qualifications desirable).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or clean‑room environments.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex mechanical/electrical scopes.
• Strong client‑facing skills and the confidence to represent the company on‑site.
