Senior Social Media Manager – French Fluent

About the role

Paradox is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who is fluent in French and can turn a blank feed into a growth engine. You will own the entire content creation process, using AI tools to produce, edit, and publish posts that drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends and quickly create, caption, and publish content before the trend fades.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and other creative AI platforms to generate, edit, and repurpose content at scale.
• Make data‑driven decisions, distinguishing vanity reach from content that converts followers into leads.
• Operate autonomously, delivering scrappy versions of content quickly rather than waiting for perfect campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across French and English audiences.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing social media channels.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Bias toward action and comfort working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
