About the role
We are looking for a senior talent acquisition partner to lead recruitment for critical and senior‑level positions within a global organisation. Based in Dublin city centre, the role is hybrid and runs for an initial 6‑12 month contract with strong potential to become permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to define workforce needs and create strategic hiring plans.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑impact, senior‑level roles across technology, digital, engineering and data domains.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Lead intake meetings, challenge assumptions and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring‑manager experience.
- Manage complex offer negotiations and act as a trusted advisor on market trends.
- Leverage recruitment technology, data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding, diversity initiatives and workforce planning projects.
Required profile
- Significant experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for professional, specialist or senior roles.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver against challenging hiring targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative, solution‑focused approach.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
- Advanced sourcing techniques including direct search and talent mapping.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
