Server & Systems Administrator

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Server & Systems Administrator to join its global IT team. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Perform regular updates, patching, backups, and security maintenance.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Support Windows Autopilot and broader modern device‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades, migrations, and virtualization projects (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Server and Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems and virtualization technologies.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
