Shift Lead (ROI) – Retail Store Keyholder

About the role

We are looking for a Shift Lead (ROI) to manage daily store operations at B&Q Naas. The role involves overseeing shifts, ensuring a safe environment, and delivering excellent customer and colleague experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the heartbeat of the store, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Deploy colleagues effectively to serve customers throughout the shift.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and team members.
• Maintain store safety and compliance at all times.
• Hold store keys and manage opening/closing procedures.

• Passionate about delivering great customer service.
• Ability to see the store holistically rather than focusing on a single area.
• Safety‑conscious with an eye for detail.
• Enjoys teamwork and interacting with colleagues.
• Energetic, motivating and able to inspire others.
• Confident in making autonomous decisions quickly.
