Site Operations Manager - Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead our warehouse in Clonshaugh, Dublin. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all day‑to‑day activities, ensuring that the distribution centre meets and exceeds customer expectations for speed, accuracy and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse functions within the distribution centre.
• Drive productivity, accuracy and cost targets in partnership with the customer.
• Lead a large team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution sector.
• Proven track record at senior manager level, overseeing large teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent team leadership and customer relationship abilities.
