Social Media Analyst – Data‑Driven Insights

About the role

Olytico is seeking a Social Media Analyst to turn publicly available social media data into actionable insights for our clients. You will work with specialist monitoring tools, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and create tailored presentations that support client decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse social media content across the Olytico client portfolio.
• Develop PowerPoint‑based reports that highlight actionable insights.
• Present findings to clients in online and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling account‑management duties.
• Identify ad‑hoc reporting opportunities and new business prospects.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a client‑facing agency environment (preferred).
• Interest in social media platforms, emerging technology trends, and data synthesis.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and think creatively with data.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Comfort with learning new industry‑specific software tools.
