Spa Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa. Working five shifts per week, including weekends, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests and hotel visitors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet guests in person with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage all spa check‑ins efficiently and provide guests with relevant information.
• Deliver a memorable spa experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of spa products and actively upsell services.
• Uphold high spa standards and perform general spa duties as required.

Required profile

• At least one year of spa reception or administration experience (desirable).
• Guest‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and well‑organized work style.
• Fluent English.
