Staff Nurse – Community (Dublin & surrounding areas)

About the role
Provide care and support to children with life‑limiting conditions and palliative care needs, and their families, in the home or community setting across Dublin and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care consistent with LauraLynn’s mission, vision and values.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess and meet complex health needs.
- Provide independent clinical decision‑making and support to families in the community.
- Maintain accurate records and use information technology systems for documentation.
Required profile
- Registered or eligible for registration with the NMBI.
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in a paediatric setting (RCN) or 5 years for RGN/RNID, caring for children with complex or life‑limiting conditions.
- Degree in Nursing (or currently completing one).
- Demonstrated experience working with children and families in palliative care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Information technology – working knowledge of IT systems for clinical documentation.
