Store Manager – Service Station (Centra Texaco)

About the role

Pelco Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Centra | Texaco service station in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food‑safety standards, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring merchandising, presentation and customer care meet company standards.
• Achieve sales, margin and waste targets while managing stock levels and implementing planograms.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and uphold the highest hygiene standards across the store.
• Handle cash reconciliation, daily bank lodgements and resolve cash discrepancies.
• Manage employee rostering, leave, performance reviews and training programmes.
• Conduct weekly/monthly stock takes and control overheads within the annual budget.
• Address equipment breakdowns, security issues and coordinate contractor call‑outs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or service‑station management.
• Strong leadership with a hands‑on approach to team development.
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety and legislative requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• HACCP food‑safety knowledge.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Stock management and planogram implementation.
• Data entry for delivery dockets, invoices and wet‑stock records.
