Supply Chain Inventory Analyst

About the role

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based near Dublin, is looking for a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to support a critical 12‑month transition project. You will work on a state‑of‑the‑art facility, helping to ensure seamless stock movement while the company introduces new inventory sources.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor depletion rates of legacy stock and alert stakeholders to timing for new stock transactions.
• Track finished‑goods shipments and coordinate with Logistics and Quality teams to align releases with system changes.
• Apply FEFO (First Expired, First Out) logic to minimise write‑offs and flag short‑dated items immediately.
• Maintain an Excel‑based Inventory Tracker Dashboard that provides real‑time visibility of transition progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Life Sciences.
• Extensive experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical‑device sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) for data reconciliation.
