About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Account Executive to join its Benelux team. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office days, to drive new business for LinkedIn’s recruitment solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain full transparency with management on pipeline status.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
  • Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and share market feedback with product and marketing teams.
  • Take initiative on cross‑functional problems and lead additional projects as needed.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a quota‑carrying sales role.
  • Fluent in Dutch (or Flemish) and English.
  • Experience with recruiting, HR software, or SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
